If you took Edward the kitten in, I think your dog would foam at the mouth and have a heart attack. Took my dogs 4 months to get used to the idea of having a cat [MORTAL ENEMY] in the house. Even so I’m so not trusting my cat to hang out with them.

Oh Edward and her will have plenty fun! Maybe can set a playdate for him and her [don't worry, I will ensure the next owner who takes him in gets him neutered, lest your mama becomes a grandmama to a litter of kitties].
